How much does a haircut cost?ECUTZ Pros set their own price point, so pricing does vary. The starting price for a haircut is typically around $35, but depends on your local Pros.

How much is my ECUTZ Pro paid?ECUTZ Pros take home 75-100% commission on every service depending on their plan. (At a typical barbershop or salon, the commission can be as low as 35-40%).

What is ECUTZ's tip policy?Tipping is completely up to you, in cash or by credit following your appointment. ECUTZ does not take a commission on any tips.

What is ECUTZ’s cancellation policy?Services cancelled within four hours of an appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. However, we give clients a 10-min grace period after booking to cancel without fees. We hate fees, but this is essential in order to compensate your Pro, who schedules their day around your appointment.
